I woke up sore today, and it felt good :) I was happy that last night when I went to the gym I put the tredmill on the same level I always do, except this time I didn't slow it down when it got to fast. It was the first time since I started working out that I could do that fast of a pace and keep it the whole time.

I haven't done the 30 min circut training yet, I think I am going to try that tonight.

I was so scared to go to the gym by myself when I first started. I always wanted someone to go with, I didn't think I could do it by myself. Now, I love going by myself, its my alone time and I don't have much of that these days (as I am typing this my 4 year old is trying to sit on my lap!!).

I know the second week might not show as much of a loss as the first week (i think I remember seeing that on the biggest loser, the second week was always unperdictable), but as long as the number goes down I will be fine!

The past few days have been pretty good. I have noticed the hardest part right now is the night time eating. I only gave in once and that was with 1pt popcorn. I eat dinner early sometimes and then have to go into work for 4 hours and by the time i get home at like 1030 or 11, I am starving!

I was in the middle of walking down to the fridge the other night and turned around and went back to bed! Last night I found that drinking a big glass of crystal light helped, it filled me up and tasted sweet.

But so far so good, I weigh myself again on friday so we shall see. I have also been really good about going to the gym. 6 days a week has been the average. I have been alternating b/w the bike, eliptical and the treadmill. I have also been doing some leg lifts and sit ups at home. I would like to introduce the weights in soon. I started a little bit last night doing my arms and chest.

The other hard part for me is to get enough water, I find that it is almost a job within itself to drink all day long. That was one of my main problems before, I would have my cup of coffee in the morning and then not drink a thing until dinner. I must have been so dehydrated!
