I know I just weighed in three days ago, but I really want to get back to my regular weigh in day of Friday. So here I am again. 239.8 which is down .6 lbs from Tuesday. Even if it's a gain, I need to post it. I'm keeping a book, too, where I write things down, keep track of my weight, my weigh in days, etc. I just wrote in the weigh in dates all the way to June. I won't be at goal then, but I'll be pretty darn close. If I hadn't been playing around, I could have been down another 25 lbs at least. But I can't beat myself up. I've lost 48 lbs. That's not too shabby, if I do say so myself. Lol.

It's been two weeks since I weighed in and I'm up 1.6 lbs. I've been following fairly well but not like I should. I'll be trying to keep on track but I know I won't be good til after the first of the year when things calm down again. I can't wait to get back to losing again - I'm still only halfway there. Thank goodness no more craft shows this year...the last one was this past Saturday. They seem to take up so much time and energy. I do enjoy them but I don't get much else done the week right before them. Now I can concentrate on making a few gifts. I'm hoping to get my tree up today, too. We had a nice warm spell week before last so I did get my outside lights up. I love Christmas. It's been snowing so we've had snow on the ground for most of the last week....more snow today but just a few inches. Not enough that you can't get around...so beautiful. Well, I hope everyone's doing well. I get your messages and it sounds like you are....Mary, Lu, K...You guys are an inspiration.

I did very well this week. Things have calmed down a bit so I could watch closer. I'm down 3 lbs this week and FINALLY under 240! 13.8 lbs to first goal of 62 lbs. I can't wait. I got the chance to go shopping this past week and was very disappointed. I tried a few things on in smaller sizes but they didn't fit. I guess I got a wake up call. I thought I was smaller because all of my clothes are so baggy....uncomfortably so. I'm not as small as I think I am. People have been saying I look like I'm losing more weight and the scales have hardly moved so I thought I was losing inches but I guess I'm bigger than I think I am. I couldn't even fit into 20's. I do have clothes that I couldn't get into before that I can now. I need to find some pants that fit. I'll keep going and get into that size 18 yet!!

Weigh in today. 241.8. Down 2.2 lbs. This week has been a little calmer so I've been able to plan and pick better food. I can't wait to get below 240. I'll get there. I'm not giving up.

Another busy week....two craft shows...one last Saturday and one this Friday.... and one coming up next month. I've been trying to finish/price/pack everything. I'm NOT eating right. I start the day out ok and then mess up in the evening.....choosing the easy way because I'm too tired to make good things. But I will get there again. I'm not done. :)
