Crumbs...given up the jelly babies for 3 days now and have been walking fast for 3 x 10 mins per day...for 2 weeks! So in the last 16 days since weigh in...I've gone up...and then back down again since giving up sugary sweets!

I've not really introduced myself yet...so here goes...I'm a 52 year old carer, living in London. I'm profoundly deaf...born that way so al this technology with texts n messaging has brought us deaf people out of the shadows of isolation and now we can parcipitate in discussions...and make friends! Here I am...after trying every diet there is...the best way of losing weight has got to be calorie counting and recording...works every time...oh..and fasting helps!! I should correct my recorded weight...gained a couple of pounds ..but I'm hoping its water retention....how often should we weigh ourselves?

I have only realised....10 days after starting fat secret ...that all my journals were being shown for everyone to read...did this happen to anybody else? 😳😳

Started as an experiment 10 days ago...seems to be working ...will take it seriously now!!
