Still continuing with IF and I've dropped cardio. Only do weights 3 times a week. Progress slowed because I shamelessly drank champagne from sunrise to sunset over the long weekend. It's usually around this time where I've reached my short term goals and then I start slacking and before I know it I find myself gaining. Self sabotage is my thing. Anyway I hope to control it. Problem is when it comes to myself I can never think long term so once I've reached a goal I'm then like "what now? ". OK enough Dr. Phil, hope you guys are working hard.

Well here I am at 74.9kg!! It's been tough but I'm great Ive my goal within the set time. Although I'm ecstatic about the progress, I'm not 100% happy with the results. I still have a bit of fat around the stomach/ belly area, especially the lower Ab region.
I have to face the truth though, I wasn't as strict as I should've been with my diet and I still drink alcohol so that is what is stopping me from achieving that flat stomach I want. The next step is going to be the hardest because I'm looking at really limiting my alcohol intake.
As to what is next I'm not sure whether I should continue with my calorie deficit until I get that flat tummy at a cost of losing muscle, or start a super duper slow bulk in hopes of staying lean while getting more muscular. This is going to require a lot of dedication nutrition wise.
Thanks for those that have supported my journey and hope you guys continue to do so. I also apologize in advance for the slightly NSFW pic and the weird faces I'm pulling.
