Hola que tal!!
A ver si pueden ayudarme, quiero mejorar la composición corporal bajando un poco el porcentaje de grasa, estoy en 24 y quiero bajar a 20, haré un cambio a mis macros con un déficit de 1800 calorías dejándolo en 25% de proteína, 30% grasa y 45% carbohidratos como lo ven, tendrá resultado? No quiero por nada perder el músculo que eh logrado conseguir.
Hago entrenamiento con pesas 5 días a la semana y cardio 15 minutos diarios, peso 58kg y mido 164.
Ojalá me puedan orientar un poco.
