45 mins elliptical level 20 incline. Cottage cheese and strawberries the post workout. Trying to find the balance between protein needs for workout and calorie deficit for weight loss

Dropped to 155-working out daily. 90 mins cardio+weights. Adding protein. I suspect the weight gain is muscle. Definition is coming in. Stay Strong
