100g down. This is a bit disheartening for me but I am trying to stay strong. I am also going through an emotionally horrible time and I just want to stuff my face but I am trying my best to keep on the wagon.

down is down. I did have a guilty pleasure of some jelly sweets last night. when shark weel is here I crave sugar so much but instead of chcocolate, I ate some jelly sweets. And I stopped eating way before the whole pack was finished. I am proud. I was 101.9, now 98.1... Hubby was 109.8 and is now 106.1

300g up BUT its shark week so I think its water retention.
