Today it seemed like I was eating all day. I even managed to stay within my range of calorie intake. Wanted to get some walking in today, but something came up. I will definitely be shaking it up literally before I hit the sack.
On another note, I am thinking about taking up a boxing class. Just so I can get a handle on these wings(arms).

Wow with all the excitement of losing 7 pounds, I think I overdid it on the calorie intake today. I guess that means more exercise for me. I think I am starting to get the hang of this weight loss thing. The more calories you take in, the more you have to burn. However, even if you do not consume an abundance of calories, that same exercise regime should apply, if you want to lose weight.
Oh well, back to the drawing board tomorrow. I am starting a new challenge (6 bottles of water in a day). I almost reached that goal today, but not quite. Guess I ought to wear my running shoes tomorrow, because I am sure to be high-tailing it to the restroom often. Night FS friends.

Wow...I cannot belive it!!! Seven pounds and not even a full week. Many more to go, but I am on the right track. Yaaaayyyy!!!

Wowwwww. So I slipped and ate from a fast food joint. The infamous McDonalds. Good golly Ms. Molly I NEVER knew that fast food had that many calories in one value meal. That is the majority of my intake for the whole dang day. Well considering that I like to eat more than one time a day, I wont be doing that again.
I guess seeing things written on the wall (in this case the computer) is proof of why I am the weight I am today. Heck I was eating from fast food joints twice daily. Being in law enforcement, you have to eat on the run.
Anywho, that was my first and last slip up. I am focused from this point on. Guess I will now go grocery shopping and try out these different recipes.

Ok folks, so I slept in today (because I am off for the next three days...Woo Hoo!!! Oh sorry my excitement took over) causing me to mix breakfast. So my mind was subconsciously telling me to go to Wendy's and get the #2 with the fries, large of course. However, I resisted temptation and detoured to Quizno's and picked up a salad. In my mind, it tasted like the #2 though **shrugs**. Anywho, still haven't had soda and now I am starting to crave water. Go figure.
As far as exercise goes, I swear I have every informercial gadget...in the closet that is. Shake Weight, Tae-Bo, PX90, jump ropes, resistance bands. aerobic steps etc. So in an attempt to pull all of that stuff from under my mounds and mounds of hallway closet junk, I am now cleaning up. Question: Wouldn't that be considered working out?? Oh well, once I am finished I think I will attempt the jump rope and some sort of aerobic workout (dancing in my book).
On another note, my hunger pains are becoming less frequent. So thats a good thing. I still haven't weighed in, but I am pressed to do so, but I said I will wait a week. Awww shoot, come Monday, I am weighing in.
