Rough last quarter….. It’s not an excuse just busy and didn’t have the time to prepare and exercise and execute my plans…. Son returned home from college, husband job all over the place, dad went to jail, dad has a cardiac arrest in jail, dad died a week later. Siblings acting crazy as well as mom and I’m trying to maintain. It’s a lot of stress not binging just stress and not a lot of healthy choices on the move…
