I initially started at 107kg in January 2017. I then did high intensity workouts for 3 months and lost 5kg, then I plateaued for about 4months, then I was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. I was then up to 109kg! After that I ate a VERY STRICT diet of only cruciferous vegatables, no sugar, no dairy, no fun-foods at all. I ate like this for about 3 months and I lost 13kg. I was then 96 and gained 3kg after becoming very depressed about what happened to me. I plateaued again at 99kg. I then found this app and started to record everything and I could easily hold myself accountable for all my snacking and excessive eating. Since installing this app one week ago I’ve lost 1,5kg and I can’t wait to see what the results will be in a few months. I’ve also started to incorporating exercise 3times a week. 2 days of Pilates and one day of High intensity workout.
