Today I’m working threw what I did over the weekend. It suppose to be one cheat meal turned into cheat week!! Ehhh. I did really good with Keto tell weekend. I found out there is carbs every where!!!! Counting calories seems easier bc u can eat what you want and when your calories are gone your done! With Keto I’m finding carbs add up really quick even with healthy food I thought was good for you. Like a apple!
