This is frustrating. Why is my weight loss slowing down and even reversing? I lowered my RDI. Ugh... It's going to be a long day. Shouldn't have weighed in in the morning.

With everything else I really appreciate the structure that this site gives me. Having a newborn is wonderful but stressful and I'm not sure how my husband and I got so far apart from each other so quickly. We took a marriage class at our church and we are going to go back through our workbooks. I can't believe how fast I forgot the tools we were given. It saddens me and makes me wonder, "If this really meant so much to me then how did I forget? I know I'm not being the wife God intended me to be and it seems like a distant memory when I was." I really need to get back in the word and work at this. I know I can do it. I guess there is just so much new that I am a little overwhelmed. I could really use some prayer for God to bless our marriage and heal our hurts.

Aaahh.... I saw people on here talking about BMI's so I figured mine and it's 40.2. Ewww.... I am not happy about that. I guess I will have to do something about it. Lol. Here goes.
