Lost a pound. Wish i could be more excited instead of being a sour face. Hubby lost 19.5 in the time it took me to lose 6... you'd think I could stop sulking long enough to put on a happy face... I am embarrassed that I am such a jerk... a pound actually isn't bad... Its just its so easy to put on and awfully slow to take off... I am really doing well with my program... I have a calorie limit and never manage to eat to that limit... I am not being crazy with my food... just weighing and measuring and not missing any trigger foods so that is something ... and I really want my hubby to loss his gut... unhealthy place to carry weight... I sit on mine .... I spoil his weigh-in every time ...I need to stop whining at weigh in for starters... I realize I can't speed the process by cutting any more because that usually backfires or I would still be trying dieting again and again and again... so I better get used to slow and steady. Thank you cyberbuddies..for being out there...

Down a half, up a half, down a half, up a half... I once did this merry-go-round on WW for 4 months while hubby lost 35 pounds ... Lordy give me strength... He's lost 17 during this whole time... It's important to me that he losses his extra weight and its not that... but this "round and round I go" business drove me crazy last time and I dropped the whole thing ...we both did because I flaked and we both gained it all back ... he 35 and me 3 and a half. what if this goes on for months this time... I am eating 250 less calories a day then was prescribed.... I do minimal walking and that's all I can do...shopping hanging on to the cart... If I am grumpy or disgruntled like last time ... I am a misery to be around ... and I don't want him to grow weary of this dieting thing because I am a pain to live with... and I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT... I don't think it's smart to drop more calories... then I get into the feast and starvation mode I spent most of my life. This is the first time I am actually relaxing about what I eat. I was never disciplined enough before to actually write everything down... or express my feelings... and here I am expressing away... Thank you for being out there in Cyberspace ... I feel lighter already...
