Un petit-diner / dinner.. Dapet Nasi besek 100 harian jama'ah masjid komplek rumah. Gw cmn makan nasi 100 g, bihun goreng 10 g kering tempe 1 sdm, ama kerupuk udang 10 g. mantul beuut. Pisang buat sarapan besok -+366 kcal 💪🏻🤠

Breakfast.. masih trial n error dengan overnight oat. Kali ini gw tambahin ke adonannya whey protein 3 sdm, ultramilk full cream 30 ml, honey langneese 1,5 sdm, dates 3 pc, sama keripik pisang manis 5 pc. Gokil rasanya endang soekamti.. -+561 kcal 💪🏻😎

Dinner td.. Mencoba berkreasi dengan putih telor, whey protein, oatmeal. Sama tempe goreng buat pelengkap. Mantul juga rasanya -+329 kcal 💪🏻😎
