Because i looove to see colours on my plate! Masih dengan no oil cooking. Ayam+tempe+bumbu kuning. Bayam+bawang bombay+cherry tomatoes+sawi putih. Dan seledri mentah. Ayo makan sayur!

Masih setia dengan no oil cooking. Around 380 kcals.
Wortel serut + baby corn + cherry tomatoes + seledri mentah + seasoning (saos dan kecap) sewajarnya + scrambled egg 2 butir (tanpa garam, hanya lada).

No oil lunch meal. 250 gr dada ayam panggang, kentang+wortel+paprika+bawang bombay di oseng tanpa minyak dipakein seasoning sewajarnya. Kalorinya sekitaran 500 kkal. Kenyang, bernutrisi and tasty!
