Oh my god the last two days we’re #%€£!! I know this is funny to me it is I was total Vodka binge and carbs at least I’m not going to beat myself up but I’m going to weigh tomorrow guys and see what no carbs will say

The hardest thing is eating 1200 before was easy all carbs now I’m lucky if I get 800 and I’m not hungry which is wonderful still not exercising but I get a lot of walking in at are job sight and construction seems like a workout to me
