I have no willpower! And it doesn't help when my family stops somewhere to get everyone breakfast and brings me an ultimate meat burrito from Sonic, knowing full well I am on a diet and not supposed to have that stuff. So of course, me with no willpower ate it! Now I am so angry with myself. I should have just said no thanks. But she doesn't make much money and has 2 children so it is hard to tell my daughter I can not eat the food she just bought. UGH! But on the flip side I did do 45 minutes of Qi Jong today. That is great for me. The longest I have been able to do was 35 minutes in the past.

I am kind of worried about my weigh in later today. I have not stuck to my diet as closely as I would like. I am encouraged though about the video I found on youtube showing how to do Tai Chi or Qi Jong for those that can not stand. It lasts about 35 minutes so it is a very good workout. I was able to do the entire video the first day and then had some health problems so only did about 10 minutes yesterday. I am hoping to get back on track today.

Did not do to well on my diet today but I spent 13 hours in a car so I had to eat fast food for 2 meals. That really messed with my calories. Tomorrow I will be back on track.

I am starting my own diet. I have spent 3 weeks creating an exel workbook which will track my calories and weight watcher's points plus program. I will be doing this and using the mediterranean diet food list. I am cutting processed foods to a minimum, cutting out white flour and processed sugar. I will allow myself one day a week to endulge if i go out to dinner as long as I stay under the weekly points for the weight watcher's points plus plan. This way I will not feel deprived and give up so easily as I have done in the past.
