I have had a bad few days!! AAGGHHH!!! very upset with myself... i think it was because i really wanted to loose more in my first week than i did...but then after thinking...i realized that some was better than none... My husband is really bad about saying, lets just go out to eat, it would be easier. I HATE that! i have to remind him that the places he wants to go are just not acceptable for me to go to. But then I feel bad because he really wants to go to that place..i mean Olive garden?? nothing there is reasonable for me..If i had my "free" day available it would be ok, but that day was gone for nasty chinese food! lol.. I need to get back on the wagon and just keep going forward. I have to keep telling myself that! So after my cake cravings for today, i need to eat right the rest of the day and bring on aerobics/insanity tonight!

CHINESE FOOD was a def dont for me today!! i have been eating decently for over a week now, no fried foods, or eating out, but today i thought why not go and eat some chinese food for lunch? well i ate a little and MAN do i feel like caca!!! i will stick with my eating at home! I havent had heartburn or any tummy problems since i started and today i am really regretting going to eat chinese food! i think from now on i will stay with better choices...mainly because i do not like how i feel! so crazy!! thank goodness aerobics is tonight!! maybe that will help me!!

Very exciting day for me! I have been doing really well i must say, about getting up and doing things instead of asking my kids to do it, or just not doing it at all. I have lost 3# since sunday..water weight or not, i will take it! i have been exercising a little at home (thanks to the variety of you tube) and last night i started a zumba class. LOVED IT.. and tonight i am going to go to an aerobics class. I have a great friend to help push me on and after seeing all that has helped her, i am really thrilled to be doing this along the side of her! I have beencounting my calories religiously! its funny because at first it was a neusance to do this, but now its just what i do before i eat! i have been feeling good the past few days since i told my self i wanted a healthy change! and i dont really crave anything!! its weird!! but im loving it!!!! :)
