I am so proud of myself. I went all weekend without cheating. That is a MAJOR accomplishment for me. We were out to eat, had friends over, went to a make-up party with snack foods and I didn't cave to the pressure. I am so ready for this. This week my goal is to lose 5 lbs which shouldn't be hard since my second week of phase 1 is always successful. ALso to work out AT LEAST 3 times. I need to get into a routine again with the workouts. Wish me luck!!

Hi ladies, Im back again. Hoping this time I can do it. I have no more excuses. I've done good for the last 3 days being on phase 1. I really want this more than anything. The great news is my hubby, best friend and her hubby, as well as another close friend..are all doing it with me this time. It's making life a lot easier.

Keep the encouragement coming. I really need it.

Still here and still going. Had a bad weekend but have already lost the couple lbs. again. I still have not began an exercist program but I plan on doing that in a few weeks once I'm back from my cruise. Sidenote: I look a lot better in my formal dress for the cruise then when I bought it. That's exciting!!

Hey all. Sorry its been a few days. I am hovering. I have gone down and up on a one lb. fluctuation for days now. Very frustrating. I'm not really cheating at all either. I'm going to increase my water again today and try to work out this weekend and see if it gives me a boost. I'm still hanging in there.
