Not the best weight loss but quite relieved as it’s been a difficult week this week and I've not stuck on the plan – so I’ll take this! Need to get back on it for next week now though!

A great week, really happy with this as it pushes me over my two stone weight loss for the year so far. I had a tooth out this week but not sure the tooth weighed 6lbs 😂 But I guess it impacted my ability to eat and drink certain things which most definitely helped! Now it's time to look towards that 3st milestone, still along way to go so no time for celebrations 🙂

I have to tell myself that a loss is always a positive on this journey. Although I hoped for a bit more weight to drop this week, I need to tell myself that something is better than nothing.

Another good week, with the weight dropping off - it's always pleasing to see the stone number! I've had to tell myself it's not time to celebrate and become complacent, it's time to work towards changing that stone number again.

Really pleased the weight is coming off still. Find it easier to carry on when I can see the weight dropping off, removes any temptations. I just need to remember this journey at the start when times get harder and not make same mistakes as previous weight loss journeys.
