Back on track. Meskipun timbangannya mendadak rusak, tapi tetap defisit kalori dmei tujuan hidup. Sarapan 4 sendok oatmeal + susu greenfield low fat setengah gelas dan satu lbar single kraft, total 222 kalori. Mari makan :)
