Spicy chili garlic rice. I could've fried it with veggies, but my brain and body are so shot, I was lucky just to make it to the microwave lmao. Finished my physio and everything else I needed to do, so I think treating myself a bit is okay.

If I can go my whole life without seeing one of these awful things again, I'll die a happy man. The protein concentrate keeps separating out into chunks and gobs.

Surgery tomorrow! Maybe I'll log the hospital food lol. At least my body will burn energy trying to heal 😅

Third day of fasting. Probably a good thing my blood sugar is so well controlled. Finding out if I'm getting surgery tomorrow; think it's why I'm completely exhausted by the thought of eating anything lol. Just been putting a peppermint candy in my mouth when I get dizzy, and my vitamins don't bother me much on an empty stomach. Still haven't weighed myself since the last time I was at the doctor, since I've been off my Ozempic for surgery prep. Trying not to worry about it, and worry about more pressing issues, instead. 😅

Accidental two day fast 🥴😵💫 But I got a lot of cleaning done, and ran some errands, and got myself a soda as a treat. Diet soda, but I do try and limit my non-water consumption since I'm so easily dehydrated. (Plus, I already drink energy drinks; having pop alongside it seems excessive!) Didn't feel well enough to take the stairs in the library, unfortunately, but I still got some movement in.
