I really need to change my way of thinking about my weight and my life and make this the first day of the rest of my life and eat better and spend more time with thee and less time on this darn idol of food
father forgive me for keep doing this i really do need to change this or I will get sicker and never get well

I have got to watch my weight more closely and getting better now that I see that I am going up and not down but it has taken me a long time to commit to doing better on watching what I eat and to start getting more exercise in

from here on out I am going to really stick with this and exercise more and eat better
i have gone lately from 159-155-157 seem to stay in a rut with being close to the same weight and as i said this will change
