So today I decided to be an idiot and not stretch/warm up before getting on the tread. But the real irony is as I was getting on the treadmill, I noticed a pain on the side of my leg above my ankle...like a muscle --before I even started. I ignored it. And started my usual 3 mph on the 3 incline. The pain was getting worse. After a good while I went to use the bathroom came back to start again for 20 minutes or so. And the pain was worse than before so I decreased the pace by a half mile and then incline for 1. Still hurt. While I was at work today it seemed aggravated too. Tomorrow will be a rest day. Hopefully it will be sorted by Thursday. If not, maybe the cycling some will be a bit easier on it. For all I know my body may be screaming at me to switch it up from the treadmill. Yesterday and today I have been feeling a headcold coming on. Ill be taking some more supplements tonight. This weather has got to let up! More snow predicted this weekend. I miss being outside.

I think I did a lot better dietwise than yesterday. There was food at work; but my eating those I made sure to have a decent amount of self control. I was able to work out on the treadmill this morning. I did have plans to go again after work for nearly another hour, but stayed a bit later than expected at work so more or less I will find some other method tonight to work out. My yonana machine finally arrived today. At the moment I will be eating up a hefty amount of frozen fruit I turned into a sorbet of some kind. No added sugar and no milk. Just fruit which makes me very happy. While I was shopping today I saw three for five dollars some bars I have seen people talk about on youtube that look really cool. All the ingredients, the key components are on the very front of the package. I.e. one is a Peanut butter chocolate protein bar and on the front it says "3 egg whites, 14 peanuts, 2 dates." On the back the extras listed are natural flavors cocoa and sea salt. That's it. I think these would be nice to eat before working out. And for after I have a Vega clean protein powder now. After I get off the treadmill it is close to a meal time and I find myself STARVING. I have done better in the past when I have something to hold me over til meals before and after work outs. Tonight for dinner at home I made veggie spaghetti - home made style. I took zucchini squash and ran them through a hand cutter device and then boiled the veggie noodles in water. In a pan I heated some shrimp in coconut oil; then later heating some pasta sauce to put over the spaghetti. It was delicious. :)

Rest day became a day of indulgence, and then later aggravation. Last night, not put in the diet log, I also caved and ate up fritos. Despite that my scale was down this morning, but with today's poor food choices.....ugh. Hopeful tomorrow will be better. Not giving up.
