Am doing all requirements for bariatric surgery - will decide in a couple of months whether to go through with it or not. One requirement is to get down to 295 lbs. and keep it off or lose even more. One nagging thought - if I can lose weight on my own should I have bariatric surgery?
An absolute must that appears to be a psychological hurdle - scheduling and following through with a daily exercise regime.

Signed up for this web-based diet thing just so I could journal.
Ate a "roland" breakfast, then stopped @ DD for reg med coffee but resisted buying any donuts with it. Now it's 10:30 am and I can feel my hunger in my upper stomach, esophagus, and lower throat. I wish I could take something that would make me not ever hungry again... I will go get a yogurt smoothie and drink it now.
