so I just found this app and I'm hoping it is going to really help me. I've been trying to lose weight for a while. I have a husband and I have 2 children. One is 5 the other is 7 months. I have a really hard time with sweets and bread and trying to cook stuff that they will eat but is still healthy for me. The first time I started trying to lose weight I was 170 pounds, but I worked out daily (even if my 7mo cried the whole time bc I was trying to be "committed") and ate almost nothing but salad and I was miserable. I was tired of being miserable because of the way I was eating and bc I felt terrible having my LO cry while I worked out for 10-30 mins and ha ing to stop doing it to calm him then start again (yes I know it is part of being a parent and trying to lose weight at the same time) so I stopped. I have started again but this time Im not eating only salad. I'm trying to do this the right way, but I'm pretty sure my idea of the right way is probably the wrong way, but what can I say...at least I'm trying to be a better me. I want to be the best me possible for my husband and my children!
