Working night shift is hard.. I am getting better about the snacking at night.. and when I do snack making more healthy choices! But the hardest part is getting off work and getting home... I need to make it to the gym.. but have to get the kids ready for school first and foremost... But by the time I get home and fuss with them... I am so drained for work and being up makes me so tired and I want to fall asleep... heart of a trainer or not... Im just plain tired all the time!!!

I did not make it to the gym but once last week... I did walk a few times but as far as cardio ... I just couldnt get there... So not much lost, but at least I stuck to my diet... LOL This week will be better!

Ohhh... I have not been to the gym except once this week and now.. after being 5 days.. I can feel it.. I feel weak and Bla and no energy! So tomorrow.. Work out adn weight in.. here I come!

Well... going out tonight... been doing well with the carbs and the diel.. need to get to teh gym more... didnt do so well this week... my husband had finals at school and needed extra help at home.. but next week... its on... !

Hungry today for some reason.. skiped breakfast.. I bet that is why... Still didnt get to teh gym yet... I hope I didnt gain any of that weight back!
