well I've dissappointed my self I gained a few pounds I was pretty study for a while I know what the biggest thing I need to do it's the e word(you know what it it!)lol i just have a real hard getting the ump to do it.I"m going to get on the treadmill this morning after the kids are off to school(i'll let you know if you made it,lol) I will write later in a couple of days

well it's been a while since i"ve been on I'm just staying the same the kids are now in school so I'll have more time to do suff like exercise more well it's a lot easier to keep the junk foood out tof the house now hope fully I'll be able to get on the computer a little more often to well I'll write later

well it hasn't been a good week i gained a couple pounds back went to a wedding on sat and over did it on the drinks I'll have to kick in on the exercise and hopefull i'll have a better week
