ازيكم عاملين ايه كنت عايزه افضفض معاكم شويه
انا بتمرن يعتبر كل يوم ما عدا يوم واحد في الاسبوع بيكون اجازه لكن انا لاحظت بعد ما بقى اسبوع ملتزمه اني ابتديت بوظت كميه الاكل وزادت بعد التامين على طول او شعور الجوع زاد اكثر ايه الحل حتى لو زدت كميه الياف بروتين بيمر خمس ساعات وبجوع درجه رهيبه جدا وانا زدت عضل بس كيلو لكن الدهون زادت 2 كيلو والميه قلت فانا كده حاسه ان انا مش عارف اعمل ايه
