Hi everyone,
I am new on FatSecret & I am still trying to find my way around it.
It’s been a great wake up call to see how many calories I intake a day.
I have always been kind of ok with my weight but keep going up and down with a couple of kilos.
I have been eating healthy for quite some years now. However I have one weakness and that is wine. I can go for a month without but then I get back on the wagon for a few months. Where I will have a glass or two a day and when I start to drink I also get easier tempted for sugar and carbs.
I have now decided to stop drinking for good. Meaning it’s gonna be hard for a while.
I hope this forum can help me stay focused 🌸
