Estos ultimos días no logré gestionar el estres y ansiedad del trabajo y derrapé. Estoy en el proceso de encontrar una forma de manejarlo sin comerme todo jaja. Seguro vuelva a escribir y meditar. igual bien, bajé 800grs. Tambien me puse una meta más cercana que ya logré en el pasado: 80kgs (mido 1,70). deberia pesar 70 pero 18kgs se ven como algo interminable. paso a paso. primero llegar a 80. saludos a todos

89kgs a finales de 2021 vs 89kgs en julio 2024. Pasaron 3 años. Había bajado hasta 80 pero dejè de contar calorias y pesarme. Igualmente arranquè este descenso con 96kilos. Lo más importante es como me cambió la actitud, la relaciòn con mi cuerpo.
