So 01/11/2015 I am going extreme with 50 or less in carbs and 30 or less in fat. This should take weight off even faster. Keeping my fingers crossed :)

Excited today! This is our weekend with out granddaughters. Pick them up and spend time with them. That should burn off extra calories :)

So tomorrow 01/09/2015 I have surgery that was suppose to be scheduled at 9:45AM. I am not allowed to eat or drink anything after midnight. Well, at 4:00PM the surgery center calls and tells my wife that they had to bump my surgery to 12:00PM due to the surgeon is not going to make it in the morning. My wife flipped and said to the secretary "so my husband is to not drink or eat anything from midnight til surgery is over?" Ofcourse the reply was "Yes". So now I have to go over 15 hours without any type of fluid or food until my surgery is completed. Horse poopie! I'll probably have some water. I mean can they honestly tell if I had water? LOL...Incase your asking yourself what type of surgery, let me explain. Several months ago I found a lump on my throat right by my larynx. My doctor sent me for an MRI and it was inconclusive as to what it was except it was some type of mass. So tomorrow the mass will be removed and biopsied to be test for cancer or Lymph Noid infection. I'm praying it's the latter part of a Lymph Noid as that would be cured once the mass is removed. I won't know the results of the biopsy until 01/27/2015. So until then will be on edge, biting my finger nails ( hope they don't have alot of calories and ruin my diet...LOL ) until I get the final results. Good or bad news we're prepared as I discussed everything with my wife. However, if it is truly bad news are we ever prepared? GOD BLESS! HOOAH!
