another hectic week....feeling much better this week, especially today, caught up on some chores, attended my classes, learning a lot in my Mental Health&Wellbeing class, making me reflect on my own situation and understand myself more eg I did t know that keeping clutter is an actual trauma response, makes u feel safe.....now I have an excuse for the guddle 😂 still loving my drumming and I've decided to go to Wiston Lodge nxt year and train to be a Facilitator, might even have my own drum circle one day! Just attended my last Write to Recovery Class, was told I'm very talented and to keep at it, boosts my confidence even more coz I've been out of the writing (books/stories) game for a few years now even though I always kept my poetry&songs going. Il find out in a week or 2 what new classes il be enrolled in, told them il do any of them. Diet wise, still doing gr8 with this jag, the trousers I bought to go to Italy at Easter, didn't wear them coz too tight, they are now too big and I need a belt woohoo!! I'm not snacking, portion sizes r down, don't feel the same pleasure/comfort from food and hardly think about it....brilliant! Now I've got the sugar cravings& snacking under control, and Pringles can be left for a while, il go back to the gym soon. My mental health is stable, physical health not too bad either...all positive stuff!! Hope ur all doing OK and having a gr8 wkend, much love ❤️ 🙏

similar to last night..used other half of courgette, half bunch of asparagus, half tub of mushrooms, tin chopped tomatoes, squidge tomato puree, dollop garlic, ginger &chilli paste....tastes amazing! had piece n bacon for breakfast.

small plate of watermelon, half tub of greek style yoghurt with handful of chia seeds, crushed almonds, grapes and blueberries....for dessert tonight.

tin of tomatoes, squidge of tomato puree, dollop of garlic, ginger&chilli paste, half a large courgette sliced and big piece of smoky fish....smells amazing!!
