Well I did 20 min on the treadmill. I changed it up by alternating between jogging and brisk walking. I also did some weight exercises. 2 days following fit for life lifestyle and not going too bad! Hoping u can be disciplined enough to stay on track. I need to loose before my bf wedding in Aug and then our trip in Oct.
