Soooo tonight...I had 2 glasses of WINE (yum) and a creamy mussel starter( fabulous) Whenever I have a naughty night, I dont like to see the calories (yeech) 😬 Tomorrow night it will be 2 hours at the gym and luckily I can do another 2 hours on Friday night 💪🏻 No guilty feelings for being naughty. 🤣 Squads...lunches...air bike...deadlift...box jumps...dumbbells..kettle ball here i come but not tonight 😁🤪

Super lazy dinner but fruit, vegs, lil bitty protein, vitamin K,A,C, antioxidants. All i needed. Feel good dinner. 🍊🥒🤟🏻😁🥚
