Getting really tired of ADDING pounds! Spent the morning having medical tests done, and am facing some scary possibilities, but at this particular moment, I am more frustrated by my inability to get out of this cycle of up 2 pounds, down 2 pounds, repeat, repeat! In the grand scheme, being pudgy doesn't compare with cancer, of course, but I want ALL the good stuff... to check out healthy, to fix my gut problems, and to get really slim & sexy for summer!
Think good thoughts for me, ladies! I can use all the positive energy coming my way I can get.

Any suggestions? 'Cause this stinks! I've been SO careful - yesterday was
~ no breakfast (no time),
~ no snack,
~ grilled salmon w/ steamed broccoli for lunch,
~ almonds for an afternoon snack
~ sirloin, green beans, salad and half an ear of corn for dinner
~ small piece of splenda cheesecake for dessert
This is essentially what I've been eating all along, except I swap out grilled chicken breast with the salmon, and I will have veggie packed marinara sauce (no pasta). Also I eat breakfast 99% of the time, either eggs or an oatbran or wheat fiber (totally sugar-free).
Water, coffee, Crystal Light, and diet soda all day long in whatever combination. I try very hard to stay hydrated, even if I can't eat. The constipation problem is chronic, but I've started to become used to that, if that's possible!
Other than exercise (I chase 6 kids all day, and that's
gotta
burn calories), any suggestions? The weight loss/gain seems so arbitrary.
