Gyming alot these days and eating too little apparently :P soo. Upping my Protein + calories to atleast 1200! scary but let's see.... hehe. Thanks @Weasy

Good morning! how are all you doing? eish im still stuck at 73/74 :/ but thinking its maybe my Plateu as this is the first time this is happening. and im doing alot of weight training so :P hoping that the CM will work in my favor when visiting Doc. saturday . i was a naughty girl with my diet this time (with the whole swine flu shit etc etc.) but although the scale is showing middle finger to me this morning, i feel good inside as i feel like my mindset is super good again :) hope you have a splendid diet day and remember # a chocolate is AMAZING for the 10 minutes whilst eating it , BUT a sexy ass body is AMAZING for much longer!!!

found myself crying "krokodil trane" last night. Guess i just reached a point where i actually miss eating "real" (fatty,crispy,juicy,oily,sweet,Cake,syrupy) foods. and being stuck at 74kg's makes it worse.Strangely enough the thing i am most worried about is going for my dietitian appointment next week! Deff. not on track and hes going to be so disappointed.:( I totally went off the rails last 2 weeks and it is very difficult getting back on track even though you went "sober" for 3 months now. #slippingissoeasybutsucceedingishardest
