I've been having a hard time getting enough protein in my diet. And I cant get in the habit of actually eating breakfast. I'm a coffee in the morning girl. Soooooo I bought some Quest multi-purpose protein powder! One scoop equals 100 calories, and 23g protein!! I put half a scoop in each of my 2 cups of coffee. It does not change the taste at all. I sweeten with splenda and cream with oat milk. I think I may be on to something here!!

Finally seeing a drop. Having a thyroid issue makes losing lbs hard af. I swim in the ocean, lift 5lb dumbells, have 3 kids I'm constantly chasing around.... sometimes it feels like I'm not going to stand a chance. So I bought a measuring tape and started taking measurements. I have lost a few inches!!! So even tho that scale is barely moving, my shape is changing, and I am so very thankful for that!! I have a heel injury from January that is keeping me from really working out hard. But it seems to be getting better day by day. Hopefully soon i can get on the cardio train and get my meds situated for my hypothyroidism. Anyways, Happy Saturday everyone!!

Chicken breast cooked in skillet with EVO and seasonings. Avacado, apples, and a single Rambutan. Mmmmmm

So I've been weighing myself at my local Publix. According to that scale, I now weigh 254.3!! Buuuut I just got a new bathroom scale and it is saying 257.8..... so even tho I've lost another 3lbs, I have to base my weight off the new scale from now on. So even though it shows a gain today, it's actually a pretty decent loss!!
