I haven't been caring at all about what I've eaten. I've had icecream, 2 slice of bread-sandwiches and some peppermints.
But today, something bit me in my hiney, and starting with tonight's dinner, I'm going back on track.
I found that my local Publix carries Almond milk and it's amazingly delicious! I'm hoping this will help me find an alternative to having that sort of dairy in the house. Plus, it's a good snack. I also bought some zucchini and leeks, low sugar spaghetti sauce, Parmesan, ricotta, cottage cheese, 70% cocao dark chocolate, and some fresh pineapple.
I'm just hoping I'll be able to hang this time. I'm going to see if I can't make alternatives to the SB Supercharged phase 1 with stuff I've got in the house (due to some lovely financial limits) and then buy in bulk some of the main ingredients in most of the dishes by using coupons and trying to save as much as I can. It's hard being the only one on this diet in the house, and you have a limited amount of money to do shopping for everyone else in the house. Maybe I'm just new at the meal planning/shopping thing.
I shall see if I can do it. Wish me luck! Tomorrow, I will get back on track. I'm determined to lose 20 pounds by the end of March.

Either something isn't agreeing with me, or everything I've been eating is going RIGHT through. I don't remember everything being this..easy to get rid of.
Maybe it's all the water I've been drinking.. But lately, it's been like 5-7 times a day. 3 if it's a good day.
It doesn't help that I'm a little stressed, thanks to my on-off again ex... oh well.. Not my problem anymore. I gave it to God, and if He really wants it to happen, then it will. Otherwise, I'll just go about the normal business around here.
I hope you all had a wonderful ringing in of the New Year. I was at my best friend's house and was playing Wii Sports/Bowling AND golf, and we missed it by 7 minutes. :) That thing is SO cool.. I hope to get one for us after I get a job after Graduation (August).
I'm currently uploading a few of my cds to my MP3 player, to get some music-motivation while working out. They put such SUCKY music on the workout videos now a-days.. I'll stick with my own, thanks. :)

Either I'm retaining water from my salty Rosie's Taco Salad last night, or that half of a Nilla cakester really threw my body off..
I think I AM retaining water.
My sister hijacked all of her workout videos back, like she all of a sudden remembered she had them once I started using them (with her permission..).. So I've been in a rut trying to figure out how I want to work out.. AND I've lost my edge. It'll come back. I just have to find something that I want to do.. and our lovely Walmart doesn't have much of a selection when it comes to workout videos.
Oh well
***EDIT***
I "borrowed" them back.. and I totally got in a great workout this morning. Hopefully with this morning's egg crepes and the rest of the day's food choices, I can get rid of this stupid salt and water weight.

Not recording my weight this morning, because tomorrow it WILL be lower than today's and last week's weigh-in. 2 lbs in a day is what I LOVE about phase 1... well, a semi-followed phase 1. It has to be because of the limited amount of funds this week for food stuffs, but I've been doing alright.
270.8 is what I weighed in at this morning. :) Hopefully, by the end of this week (God willing) I'll be able to pull in a couple of more pounds lost.
