Disaster. Up more than a lb. in one day...

got a new accurate scale though! I only need to step on it once and I can trust it to be accurate.

Today is a new day with new chances to be healthy!

Going to bed lighter than this morning. Hopefully this means good things for tomorrow!

Also, I'm having major scale issues. Cannot get a consistent read for the life of me. Will invest in a better one this week. And some dumbbells. And a Yoga mat? SO EXCITING.

Also the weekend is approaching and with it the looming presence of... ALCOHOL. College + St. Patrick's Day + Thursday = potential disaster? Advice is welcome, but I am being realistic; not participating in debauchery is not an option...
