That's more like it! Phew, narrow brush with the 170s; back in the 160s now. After Wednesday's calorific free-for-all, yesterday was back to normal and even did well on the junk-food cravings. I guess I had so much milkshake & pizza from the previous day, my body cried out for a break :-)
Today's a new day so I plan to stay on track and add in some exercise, which was lacking yesterday.

OMG no wonder I had trouble sleeping lastnight due to an overstuffed stomach... 5807 calories?? Holy ****!!! I don't think I've ever had that much!

*cry* back in the 170s AGAIN! Ah, 'twas to be expected though since yesterday was hubby's birthday and we did the dog on it having chocolate, chips, pizza, alcohol & thick, calorie-laden milkshakes. Ugh, felt so overstuffed lastnight, I had a very restless & sleepless night. Feel like crap today so I must get back on track because it makes me feel better...
