Not much of a loss, but still a loss. Just frustrating. I know it will get better with more exercise, but between work and the weather that hasn't been going good. Oh well, it's another week. Just keeping my eye on the goal.

Well a small loss is better than no loss :) Just wish I could lose 3 lbs per week (or more) like I see some doing. Shouldn't complain though since I don't get much exercise. Be glad when this job is over. We are into overtime now until it finishes in May and those extra hours are killers when it comes to exercising after work especially at my age. I will keep plodding on and eventually success will be mine :) Happy Monday to everyone and good luck in your endeavors.

Another pound down!! It's strange though since on Friday I was one more pound less and then for some reason was back up a pound today. Didn't do anything differently over the weekend. I hate when that happens. Guess it will show up in next week's weigh-in. Still a little angry with myself for falling back into old habits around Thanksgiving and allowing myself to continue for so long and gain back almost 20 lbs. Paying the piper now. Still have another 10 lbs to get back to where I was months ago. Shame on me. Anyway, guess I'll just have to forgive myself and keep moving on lol. Just wish it was as easy to take it off as it was to put it on lol. Hope all are doing well in the trek to a happier and healthier body.

Weighed less yesterday, but did not give in to the temptation to use that weight LOL. Still a loss, just not quite as much :) Getting back into the groove. Hopefully will be able to exercise a little more than I have been. Work has been keeping me busy so it's hard to get outside and take walks. Glad when this job ends in mid-May. Hope everyone had a successful week!!

I know it looks like a huge loss, but half of that has to be water. This was a restart after eating fast food for two weeks and a big gain. It really shows how bad that great tasting food really is. So much fat and so many carbs lol. Not to mention a few visits to the Italian bakery lol. Anyway, back on track now and not letting this big loss go to my head since I know I'll probably go back to my 1-2 pounds a week most of the time with plateaus in-between. Hopefully by the end of the summer I will be at goal, but if not, then by the end of the year :) Hope everyone is meeting their challenges head on and keeping on track.
