The change in the weight is because we were havng problems with old scales...we brought a new digital scale...we should have done that when we 1st started....old scale was off 8 pounds...why couldn't it have been to my favor....Oh well glad we did...I want to be able to count every oz....

Well...a week with no weight change....four weeks going down the scale...one week going up and one week with no change...

I was thinking that 9 pounds last week was too much...I know that I am doing the right things...It will pay off in the end....this is a test.

Down a pound this week...slow weight loss is the best way to go...slow weight loss is much better than weight gain...
