This is my before photo taken 4/9. Before I started I ate anything that I wanted and never exercise now I am down to 900 cal a day and two light workouts I will update with my progress weekly

My goal is to reach 125 (pre baby weight ) and be healthier . I don’t have access to a gym so what is a good routine to lightly excersize at home ?
Bonus points for any meal preps that are easy and cheap .
I have ten minutes in the morning to throw my meals together so here’s what I currently eat !
Breakfast is yogurt, granola and a sugar free Red Bull!
Lunch is lettuce and Caesar dressing and 5 oz of grilled chicken
Dinner is the same as lunch
Currently at 800-900 calories a day
