It’s been a horrendous week to be quite honest (hernia still hurts and I had an accident that was worth it a trip to A&E: injured my eye, my cornea, while I was playing with my baby, now I have to wear an eye patch and apply antibiotics). But hey... not everything is that bad! I lost weight and I finally understood what my body needs to accelerate the process: drink water and eat less calories. Gonna apply the theory for the next week and see what happens :)

Not a huge improvement (I haven’t been emotionally and physically well), but I tried to encourage myself every day. I had three abdominal surgeries in the last six months (the most recent one 2 weeks and a half ago). It is so important to me to recover and have a healthy weight, as I want to be healthy for my 6 months old baby. It’s harsh and I feel depressed today, and that 0.3 kg loss doesn’t help (however, I feel like I’m pushing myself more than I should...)

This is what I get as a normal breakfast: soy yoghurt + blackberries and bananas, crackers with soy cheese + cucumber... and of course, my coffee. Still a long way to go, but I try to encourage myself in the process :)
