Just starting my diet today,I'm not actually couning calories just going to monitor portion sizes. Also decided no bread, no fried food, or sodas; I'm going to mainly drink water and tea moderately. I walk around the warehouse at work alot on somedays and other days we are slow and I don't do much walking so I'm going to start walking after work with family members. I'm also taking Garcinia Cambogia to suppress hunger which I started taking today and I don't want to eat after 7:30pm or 8pm. Keep in mind that i just had a baby he'll be 3 months on June 6th just want to get back to the weight I use to be or smaller would be terrific.
