Treadmill again last night... Not as bad this time. WW leader challenged us to add 10 min of exercise per day on top of what we're already doing so that makes 40 min for me. I'm down on the scale as of now though! Its worth it. I feel better. We'll see what weigh in on Saturday brings!

After doing the treadmill successfully all last week... Why did it hurt so bad yesterday??!!!!

I FINALLY hit 35 pounds lost! Yay!!! I needed to hit this number mentally so bad because it seems I always quit at 30 pounds! Lost .6 this week. Hopefully next weigh in will better reflect my hard work! Treadmill 5 days a week and on points! Gotta make it happen!

Got on the treadmill last night even though my knee was hurting like... Scale says I'm up but have been on points and doing cardio every day. We'll see tomorrow. That's the big weigh in. I am trying to focus on the effort and not the number. No matter what, I know I did better for myself this week.

OK, SERIOUSLY?!!! Coworker knows I've been on WW for MONTHS now and brings me in an egg & cheese burrito and hash browns from Taco Bell this morning for breakfast!! WTF?!!! I had one bite and threw the rest away when she wasn't looking!
