Well it's another week and today I started the 10 Week Challenge - Lose 2lbs a week. I am praying and doing my best to watch want I eat and kick the treadmill up by doing 2.5 miles is 30 minutes and do two completed rounds on the circuit.
I can't wait until next Monday to record my weight- I
think

Well, I forgot to login yesterday so my true weigh in for yesterday is 187 (today I am 186, but does not count). I am moving at a rate of 1 pound a week, this is good for me this way I know not losing too fast will stay off longer.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Well, its the beginning of a new week and I feel pretty good about this week. I didn't cheat and I feel very good about losing about 2 pounds instead of 1 pound. I am right on target for what I want to lose - 1lb a week, slow but steady. I just keep praying that I don't fall to far off target.

Well, one week later and I am still only losing 1 pound a week. I must try harder and kick it up some. I must stop cheating on the week-ends. It's better than gaining.
