Some people love to talk like they know the facts, yet they are over weight. Do the research before you start an argument because someone like me will finish it. Not trying to be rude, just honest. If you can prove to me that eating a lot of protein is not good for you and "excessive" during weight loss, please prove it! I've been into fitness all my life not including my cousin who works with the CEO of P90X and a personal trainer as a boyfriend. Do the math, eat the protein, use the shakes accordingly, and get toned. Don't be a flabby know it all.

I have so much energy and so ready to work off what I didn't do yesterday. Can't believe I didn't go to the gym. It wasnt even rest day. Oh well, I'll substitue it for Sunday...

System is down at work, no money to be made, emissions test today as well, and a doctor's visit to further my weight management. Hoping to be in the 120s by August...Anyone have advice on how to keep my weight from yo-yoing?
