E na hora que vc entra na academia e já faz low carb a tempo, treina, treina, dobra o peso e dobra novamente e sem músculo.
Não desanima, o músculo tá lá se desenvolvendo, uma semana com carbo alto e bum, músculo bomba.
As vezes a gente não vê, mas nosso corpo está mudando.
